  Develop and maintain detailed cost and resource loaded schedules for projects; maintain the project schedule by updating on a periodic basis and prepare narrative reports for the management outlining the progress of the project, the critical areas of the project (where management action/decision is needed), anticipated problem areas, possible solutions to mitigate the impact on time and project cost.
  
  Resource Planning/Cost Control: Determine resource (manpower and material) availability and requirement for tasks in the schedule; perform resource leveling and determine resource requirement for completing the project on-time (or determine the completion time of the project based on resource availability).
  
  Also assist in managing in-house resources more cost effectively. Develop level of manpower needs for critical resources based on project load and implementation schedule. Analyze and optimize peak requirements through resource leveling.
  
  Provide integrated cost-schedule services that will enable monitoring budgeted costs, approved scope changes, estimated cost at completion and their impact on schedule and resources. Assign cost to
  schedule activities and project cash flow for the project.
  
  Delay Impact Analysis: Incorporate approved changes and change orders into project schedules and perform time-impact analysis to determine the amount of time extension required; review and
  approve/reject contractor prepared time-impact analysis; prepare project analysis reports and charts to present and/or defend claim.
