Develop overall project control strategy; develop WBS, OBS, Cost Account Codes; develop master summary schedule, detail project schedules showing details for feasibility study, conceptual design, final design, bid & award, construction, testing, commissioning, and, post construction evaluation; develop technical standards and procedures manual and provide orientation training for project team; develop standard reports for cost, schedule and quality control; provide specialized training for project management personnel in resource planning and resource leveling, earned value analysis and performance measurement using state-of-the-art computer techniques.
