Since 1985, JCMS has been providing PM/CM services for a wide variety of projects such as:

• Rail Transit (light and heavy rail) Projects: Elevated, at-grade and tunnel structure construction, railroad bridge construction and/or rehabilitation, station and parking structure construction, track work, automatic train control, signals and communications, fare collection, traction and signal power substation construction, transmission line construction, traction power installation including trolley wire, catenary and third rail installation, train storage yards and maintenance facilities.
• Highway Projects: Expansion/reconstruction of local and national highways, including construction of bridges, tunnels toll collection facilities, state-of-the-art traffic monitoring and variable message facilities, transit passenger facilities, etc.
• Utilities: New construction and modifications to fossil and nuclear power plants, and co-generation plants.
• Bus Facility Projects: Procurement of buses and construction and renovation/expansion of bus maintenance and storage facilities.
• Process/Industrial plants: Modernization/expansion of industrial and process plants including construction of machine tool facilities and electrical manufacturing facilities.
• Environmental Projects: New construction, modernization and expansion of waste water treatment plants including pressing and de-watering facilities, and incinerators.
• Water supply projects: Construction of intake facilities, water treatment plant, water storage facilities, installation of large diameter water supply lines and branches.
• High Technology Projects: Design, manufacturing assembling, prototype testing, final testing, documentation, and commercialization of hi-tech projects such as satellite communication system, cellular phones, pagers, etc.
• Pharmaceutical Projects: Construction of research and testing labs, manufacturing facilities, packaging facilities, storage and distribution facilities, administrative facilities, etc.
• Institutional Building Projects: New construction/expansion/renovation of schools, hospitals and correctional facilities including construction of large courthouses/criminal justice centers.
• Commercial Building Projects: Construction/renovation of low rise and high rise multi-purpose buildings for office use, commercial use such as shops, restaurants, movie theaters, etc., as well as residential use.
• Public/Private Housing: Residential development projects including townhouses, twin houses, single family houses, infrastructure development including roads, water, sewer, electricity, club house, swimming pool, gym, library, etc.
