Work with the Architect Engineer from the beginning of a project and develop construction cost estimate for schematic/conceptual design, 30%, 60% and 100% final design; review and provide constructability review reports and develop cost estimates for various scenarios; analyze bidding climate, resource availability (manpower and equipment) and determine impact on construction time and cost; evaluate change order cost when submitted by contractor and prepare independent cost estimate for negotiating change orders.
